In December 2005, SouYute Garment Co., Ltd was established in Dongguan city, Guangdong province China.
In January 2006, the company signed the Hong Kong international actor and singer Chen Huilin as the "CELUCASN" brand spokesperson.
In November 2006, the company was reorganized as company limited and renamed Dongguan SouYute Garment stock Co., Ltd
In December 2007, the company invested in the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dongguan city CELUCASN information Technology co., LTD.
The first shop of CELUCASN opened in Guangzhou Shangxiajiu pedestrian streets.
In November 2010, the company listed on the SME board of Shenzhen stock exchange successfully.

In January 2008, the company signed the Hong Kong star Nicholasc Tse (Xie Tingfeng) as the brand spokesperson.

2011-2013
In December 2011, the company's trademark "CELUCASN" was recognized by Guangdong industry and commerce administration as "Guangdong famous trademark".
In January 2012, the company was named by Dongguan municipal people's government as "The Biggest Taxpayer of Private Enterprises in 2011" (ranked fourth in manufacturing industry).
In June 2012, Zhu Xiaodan, the deputy secretary of Guangdong provincial CPC committee and Governor of the province, visited the company and praised the company's business model as "grasping the two ends of the Smiling Curve".
